The Wednesday and Thursday of our Red Ribbon Week were fantastic!
On Wednesday, we wore red, and on Thursday, we dressed up in Halloween costumes!
On Thursday, each individual class submitted entries for the Apple Contest. They were judged based on research quality, presentation, and taste. We had winners from each grade band: 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 7th grade! Each winning class will receive a pizza party from the Student Council.
Additionally, the 2nd grade won the P.A.A.C.E. door decorating contest!
P.A.A.C.E. also generously donated an electric scooter to the school, which was given away to a very deserving student who had perfect attendance since the first day of school!
McKayla Englehart was excited to receive her prize!
Complete Vision Care was also on campus to conduct vision exams for our students!
Thursday evening, we hosted our annual Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat. The event was a great success, featuring games, pumpkin painting, a cake walk, face painting, a photo booth, and the Scholastic Book Fair. To top it off, the 8th-grade class sold hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner!
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to making our week so awesome, especially the Panther PTO, our volunteers, and community members!
