Our goal is to partner with students, staff, parents, community and board members to create an environment where all students are empowered to discover and achieve their maximum potential.
Dear QSD4 Parents and Community:
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to a great year. We are excited to begin another school year, although we are not physically on campus, are devoted to building relationships, challenging students academically, and supporting parents/guardians during this unprecedented time.
QSD #4 is committed to providing quality distance learning to all our students. The rapidly changing information on what we need to do to stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic has forced all of us to make difficult yet necessary adjustments. We realize there is no substitute to a face-to-face learning experience which takes place in a classroom; we are working to ensure our students continue to learn and grow academically during our school closure. Our teachers have been working tirelessly in order to provide your child with the best online instructional opportunity possible.
Our schools will be distance learning until further notice. Students will be required to log on to their virtual class daily and complete assignments. If your child does not have a device we will provide one (we have chrome books on back order due to the high demand. As soon as we receive them we will notify parents to pick them up). If students do not have a devise, teacher will be providing work packets for students. Attendance will be counted upon return of completed work. Please check with your student’s teacher for more information regarding distance learning requirements.
As always if you have questions or need help call the school offices. We will do our best to find solutions. Together we will get through this difficult time.
